Otto & Astrid – Melbourne Fringe online! “Club Fringe at Home: Fringe-o-Vision”

With Eurovision in the bin (along with the rest of 2020), where can you get your sequin-soaked fix of music-competition-spectacular? At Fringe-o-Vision: competition of the suburbs. Hosted by Otto & Astrid from the ‘best band in the world’ Die Roten Punkte and featuring all original material, celebrity judges; Leea Nanos, Victoria Falconer and Joel Bray, PLUS special guest performances by sparkly Fringe friends, this night-of-nights will pit suburb against suburb in a broadcast battle royale for the ages.

Who will have the biggest hair? Who will forget to turn off the smoke machine? Does Northcote have the best dance routines? And who will succeed in capturing the hearts (and politics) of the all-important voting audience? Crank up the wind machine and set the vacuum cleaner to ‘glitter’ – there can be only ONE Fringe-o-Vision champion.

Featuring performances by Jude Perl (Airport West), Scout Boxall (Coburg) Juniper Wilde (South Yarra), Lou Wall (Carlton), Two Little Dickheads (Fitzroy), Oliver Coleman (Brunswick East), Fairyland (Brunswick West), Vidya Makan (Melbourne CBD), Puppet Jam (Brunswick South), Chris Fieldus (Brunswick South West) and more!
